The damn CSA folded, but I still made a great dinner with some seasonal, locally produced veggies and meat.

Pattypan squash, stuffed with tomatoes, rice, and peppers. Locally raised pork chop. Corn on the cob.

I picked up some spring onions and radishes from a stall at the Farmer’s Market last weekend. I love fresh food. I love this time of year.
CJ cooked up some hamburgers with locally raised beef and I made a sweet salad with corn, radishes and spring onions. Fresh and delicious, it was outstanding.
